A NOSSA HISTÓRIA | OUR STORY

Localizada no Barlavento algarvio, a vinha do Dito Cujo está implantada em solo argilo-calcário. Com uma extensão de mais de dois hectares, exclusivamente com castas selecionadas, a vinha beneficia de condições perfeitas para a produção de um vinho de excelência.

Located in the western Algarve, the Dito Cujo vineyard is on clay-limestone soil. Covering more than two hectares and planted exclusively with selected grape varieties, the vineyard benefits from perfect conditions for producing a wine of excellence.

NOTAS DE PROVA | O Nariz inicialmente é dominado pela fruta vermelha madura e compotas, depois de arejado as notas de bergamota e pimenta branca surgem. Na boca mostra-se equilibrado, com um bom volume a meio, termina com sucrosidade e tanino estruturado.

INFORMAÇÃO ADICIONAL | Tem na partilha á mesa o seu grande destaque, quer com queijos e petiscos, ou carne grelhada e pratos típicos mais condimentados.

TASTING NOTES | The nose is initially dominated by ripe red fruit and jam. The notes of bergamot and white pepper emerge. The palate is balanced, with good volume in the middle and finishes with juiciness and structured tannins.

NOTAS DE PROVA | Aromaticamente sobressaem as notas a casca de lima e nuances de maracujá. Na boca é refrescante e intenso, termina mineral e seco.

INFORMAÇÃO ADICIONAL | Muito polivalente á mesa, tem na gastronomia típica algarvia a sua melhor conjugação, mas surpreende quando se conjuga com comida asiática . Harmoniza bem com marisco, peixe grelhado e sushi.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION | Very versatile at the table, its best combination is with typical Algarve cuisine, but it surprises when paired with Asian food. It pairs well with seafood, grilled fish and sushi.
